Historical events like these deserve digital memorials as tasteful separate games or in games with topics connected to these events.
A lighthearted clown shooter like this is not the right place for such a memorial.
This is just tactless and utterly disrespectful towards the histories of any people affected.

Well, Epic just replaced Ubisoft at the top spot of my list "Most Despicable Videogame Company".
What amazes me is how many people these things have to go through before being approved. At no point did anyone say "um, I don't think this is such a good idea"?

Iirc, games like these already exist, and they are prohibited in Germany.
But jokes aside. I think Bohemia Interactive did a decent job at raising awareness for war crimes and war-disabled with their virtual art exhibition - and a bunch of other content.
What about it? It's a company, not the country.
