Personally I don't put it there.

I usually have have a shirt with a front pocket where I put my phone , else it's going in my coat pockets.

I also have a carying case with a belt attachement that I sometime use but I often forget it. lol

I don't, that would be like have £1000 or so sticking out my back pocket. I usually keep it in my inside pocket, or bag. If someone wants to steal it, they've got to work for it.
