I can tell you this much, if you're first two answers aren't a supply of food and a supply of water to at least get you started... Congratulations! You're probably going to die.

I think my third would be a good durable knife.

(But if you count food & water as one item, then I'd pick a ferro rod... or a bottle of whiskey... the ferro rod would be the smarter choice... but the bottle of whiskey is still a tempting pick).
