There is always the chance that some people will make fun of you for shaving your legs if you're male; the real question is: why would you even care if they do?
But if it bothers you, you can always point out all the male models , bodybuilders/athletes, and actors that shave virtually every part of their bodies that will be shown on screen. It is fairly common that the only place your going to see hair on a male in the movies is on his face and the top of his head.
If you want to do it, go for it. You shouldn't care too much what others think of it. On the plus side, many women (but by no means all) appreciate men who shave away their body hair (and virtually all appreciate men who perform some level of 'manscaping').
They might. It will always be this way. Just part of the human condition. But thr way you phrase this is as if you're asking for our permission :)
Why? Because I did not skip leg day.
