I don't play games that have campaigns... I usually play open world games or games that have "matches" so the longest I'll be playing is maybe an hour ( for like a good Arma3 K.O.T.H. match )
Though come to think of it, I did drop Persona 5 on Steam despite finishing it on PS4 multiple times. Burn out I guess.
except red dead redemption 2
I buy a game, play it for a couple hours stop playing it go to the next game do the same thing,
Eventually I slowly finish them.
The bad ending of The Witcher 3 wouldn't have crushed me so bad if I followed that advice ages ago.
Game of Thrones? I don't see why everyone was so devastated by that season.
"Hey fam! Just letting you know, this will be the shortest season ever, two episodes less, look at all these loose ends we aren't going to tie up! Two wars to fight, a lot of character arcs. All gonna go in the dumpster!"
I hate to be the "I knew it" guy, but I totally knew that there was no way that season was going to live up to the rest of the show. I don't see why people were surprised.
And yes, I can leave a story unfinished. When I do, it means the story wasn't interesting enough for me or other issues with the game were too much of a burden.
I finished Fallout 3. It was like 10 years ago so I don't remember the story very well. What I do remember is the ending leaving a really bad taste in my mouth and me saying "I will never replay this again".
Oblivion... Yeah, I also didn't finish it! I acknowledge it as a good game, but I don't think it has aged super well, it would need a lot of fleshing out for me to finish it. Cross our fingers for Skyblivion I guess.
