Kind of an interesting read and a great way to see how the radicals of this day of age are trying to re-write history.
i can, however, name a ♥♥♥♥ ton of things in which queer people are at a disadvantage
that being said what you listed would honestly be worthy of having whatever government passed those laws overthrown
But because some jackass wearing clothes that were 10 sizes too big and carrying around a stick speaking "the word of God!" decided that all those who were homosexual were heathens and heretics, we're here in 2023 still trying to undo the damage those morons did back in the day.
It's so stupid, so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid.
yeah my nation has fallen WAY to much for the woke agenda.
And all of it happend last decades.. I see my country go down the drain before my eyes..
-first to legalise gay marriage, despite we already had a "registrated partnership" that basicly gave the same rights as marriage.
-since our laws only allow marriaged by state officials, and some of these officials having moral objections to performing these gay marriages.. next mistake was made
**It was written into law that ALL newly hired marriage officials must be willing to perform gay marriages. -> this directly discriminates those out of this profession who have other believes, and it also denies those who do specifficly WANT an official who shares their believes from getting one.
**the officials who were hired before gay marriage was made legal, would be allowed to refuse to perform gay marriages, but only IF there was another official in the same town/city who was willing to do the marriage.
-> since it is NOT neccecairy to live in any city to get married, gays have misused to law to request to get married in small towns that were basicly all christian.. (as most christians in our nation live in only a certain region where they basicly are 80% or more of the local population.. despite only being only 4% of the national populatio, with few chjristians in the larger city's)
-> this means these christian cities who's local populance does not even WANT to be married by an official that also does gay marriages, is being denied to be married by who they want.. while their city council mostly of christian representatives is forced to hire a person non of those that elected want on that position.
***gays misusing the law in such a way should be against the law.. but the state NEVER acts against gay abusing the law to persecute christians.
Next steps of lunacy :
**Curtailing religious freedoms on all levels
-there excist in our country schools with an ideological background, and those who are general.
Some of those with an ideological background are christian ones.
-> those schools traditionally have strict gender roles and also demand teachers and students on them agree with the same believe.. this means they refused to hire homosexual teachers or homosexual students, and if people would be found out like that they would be expelled.
(ofcourse homophillic ones that would NOT act upon it, were tolerated, for thats the stand.. thats it's a sin to act homosexual one is judged for willfull actions.... having those feelings is a disease nobody chooses for, and that exept by a mirracle of God is incurable)
Woman on those schools are also banned from leadership roles, so while woman are allowed to teach, the director is always a man, and class presidents are also always man. and woman must wear skirts in these schools.

these reformed schools are the best performing ones in the nation.. and this reformed background being the least unemployed and higher than average educated, so you would say, a taxbase that deserves some slack AND a culture group that IS the traditional core of our nation.

and do note these are a minority of the schools, there are plenty of other types.. and there even are already laws that if there is no school of your type near you the state will provide and pay for your fare to one that does match your believes.
(so the argument that if your a gay in a christian town, you cannot go to school never was an issue)
The state basicly cut all that away..

they forced schools to hire without discrimination on gender or sexuality.
(basicly treading on freedom of religion)
-> while schools can still refuse a person for not matching the believes of their school (and it is unlikely a gay person does)... a person that got in faking (or still being) within the believe structure but than coming out.. can no longer be kicked out.

they forced schools to allow entry all that applied for them, no more freedom of schoolboards to select what students they want and not want.
They also removed parents freedom to select a school, you can subscribe for 1.. if it has more applicants than they can handle, one is selected for your child.
Political parties also must allow woman on their electable positions
and ofcourse quota's were installed with every party and every schools staff must have a given percentage of gay, female, and non western immigrant people.
***this already ruined the quality of these schools..
-as the reformed schools were the best in the country, many non christians applied... leading to more disturbing elemenets in class and many christians not even making it IN those scholls
-and by these forced hiring practices they were forced to hire subpar teachers
**the political party luckely still is mostly intact. as it apear the woman who support that party do not WANT to be on electable spots (go figure) so while on paper that party now is open to gay and woman, non has stepped forward as none is willing.
-do note out nation does NOT allow home schooling.. so basicly this is state brainwashing.. while christians prefer to just be apart from larger society doing their own thing.
and it did not stop here..
until 2010 transgender was a classified mental disorder.. in that year it was scrapped as mental disorder and sex change operations included in the state healthcare program.
**praying for gay people to be cured was made a criminal offence
**politicians, teachers and anybody working for the state must repeat the woke mantra they want you to say or be fired.. so for anybody working in those professions to openly speak out against these things, will cost them their jobs.
**the school curriculums were forcefully altered, schools must teach the woke ideology on gay, immigration and transgender.. even those for who it is highly against their and their students believes.
**all city councils must now wave the rainbow flag at all times
**all cities will have a gay memorial, to memorite these people and wrongdoing done to them in the past
**all cities/police corpses, etc must participate in gay parades
-> where the gay parade used to be a small local event.. it is now broadly promoted, and televised by state television...
Non state agencies, participating in "pride week" like football teams, the post agency, can demand their employees to wear or drive around in visually supportive clothing/items for that pride week... and if such an employee refuses to serve as an advertisement board for an ideology they not support.. they can be fired on the spot.
-to even call transgender a "psychiatric disease" despite that upon 12y ago being the official stance can lead even civillians a lawsuit for harasment and slander..
-to say that you find those billboard advertisements of mostly naked man kissing.. in your steets deplorable and you want them gone.. can again lead you do be suid and fined.. and in most cases fired.
***if you run your own buisnuis and you refuse service to a gay couple (say you are a baker or florist and they ask if you are willing to provide the cake or flowers for their wedding) and you say no.. you bet you thats a lawsuit and tens of thousands of euro's to be paid to that gay couple.. (an abuse of law on a large scale.. for despite there being plenty of other florists, bakerts etc in town.. you guess were they all want to order their cake.. they even openly admit they do it "to have christians pay for their wedding" should the law allow to be abused for christian persecution.. no.. but it does..
the nation was better before all this madness..
gay had their darkrooms, and cafe's, and registrated partnership.
and transgenders had therapy.
and christians had their ability to isolate themself away from all that,
and the state still was neutral in this point and not clearly pro woke.
and for most of us.. all that was not visable to our experience.
like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ i the only reason i would ever hope that you got into power would be to have you overthrown
Something I've seen the LGBQT left-wing activists do is suggest that people have to adopt their radical gender theory otherwise it's somehow unequal. That's not the case.
The way the law is worded it could be called the "Don't Say Straight Bill"
It's going to be awkward when someone has to draw a straight line, that's for sure.
Also, the original meaning of "gay" is "happy", that's why you find the word so many times in old literature without meaning "homosexual".
Someone who is very gay actually means someone who is very, very happy.
Because "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥" is universal when referring to a person.
