I'm trying not to open a can of worms here but my initial thoughts is of a transgender person that identified as a different gender not biologically born with. There have been identified "men" that have given birth before due to being biologically female.

Not really. Let's assume 10 gay men donate sperm to at least 5 couples looking to conceive each year in the USA. Every couple of years one will come up with XY five times in a row.
