I just thought of something: When I was in grade school, maybe first grade, I kicked a boy in the nads. He was old enough to be leaving to enter middle school. Well, he came up to me, and I didn't even know who he was fully, and he said, Are you (my brother's name) sister? and I said yeah, that's my brother. Well, he called my brother a name, and I don't know why, but I just hauled off and kicked him right in the jewels. Poor dude toppled over, clinging to his now-shattered diamonds. He went and told my teacher, and she gave me a lecture. Long story short, that boy was really mean to my brother; he was just a huge bully. When he got older, he would play chicken with cars by laying right in the middle of the road, and he would even speed his sports car down the road, not caring that he could have hurt someone. Sadly, karma took him out; he ended up hitting a cut-down tree when he was speeding on his four-wheeler. It was nighttime, and his four-wheeler had no working headlights, so he would use a flashlight in his mouth when he drove. Well, when he hit the tree, the flashlight caused him great harm. :/

I've learnt in martial arts that if you squeeze your butt muscles, impact will be a lot better. It's because your butt muscles will become padding for a kick.

It was in one of my self defence classes.

You kind of need to be some kind of kick sniper to kick a woman in a way that hurts the same. It's such a small area to aim for. Such kickers are rare to find.
