Nobility Titles need to be earned through heroic actions instead of bought.

I shall never call you Lord or Sir

Pretty sure that would only be true if you actually owned the land, which you don't. If you did you would be able to tell me how much property tax you pay on it each year.
i own the land, and i will surely pay taxes
Great. How much will you owe? When will you get the bill? These are all surely things the company that "sold" you the land would know so it should be easy to call and ask them about it.

Well it still isn't here yet so yeah, it is slow. Also if I own the star, I think that means I own the solar system that is joined to it. I probably own an entire alien species.
Does that mean Earth could be owned by some Alien who was convinced to buy ownership of our Sun by some scammy company on their world?

Then the previous owner who OP bought the land from.

I find it funny how people keep come here call it a scam, while they are wrong and just have 0 knowledge about it.

I'm sorry OP, I can't call you Lord as your title has not been conferred on you by the monarch or letters of patent. I cannae even call ye laird, as you own a souvenir plot that is part of an estate, and not the actual estate. Also that ownership has no legal basis, as, as a souvenir plot, it cannot be registered as owned land.

But at least you have a largely unenforceable contract for that plot of land, with the entity that provided you with it. You might someday get to step on it! I hope so! You'd get an exciting adventure out of it, and that's worth a lot more than a novelty gift to yourself.

For one you seem to know a lot about OP's dealings. Second why would the Scottish government sell land based on Imperial units?

The government rarely sell land, they're more into buying caravans; but traditionally land here is measured primarily in Imperial and secondarily in Metric (i.e. you will be told the dimensions in acres/feet, but not always hectares/metres). It's one of those weird in-between states we fell into in these curse'd isles.
