i earn 1 square foot in scotland and im allowed to be called my lord, please do it.

yes exactly this is not a true nobility title, only the association owners of blackwood are the real nobles but they authorized land owners to use the title.

It is a scam. The only title held over the land in question is held by the scammers who own it. The people paying them do not own any Scottish land, and are not entitled by either law or custom to call themselves "Laird."

Pretty sure that would only be true if you actually owned the land, which you don't. If you did you would be able to tell me how much property tax you pay on it each year.

Do you have a deed issued by the locaul land authority, or do you have a certificate saying you own a piece of land?

idk maybe, its just for fun anyway, i took that because this website appeared in many of my country and belgium official journals, and they were very serious (its not a scam), but for me its just for fun, like buying 15 crown crates in Elder scroll online....

it is a scam.. it is not real.

-titles can be traded.. but must be HISTORIC titles.
(and it usually involves millions obtaining them)

-or a queen/king can grand you one.

that 1 square feet story is fake.
