Do girls actually care if guys are degens?

I know it's an odd question but hear me out. I have decently good hygiene. I go outside. I can appreciate the things that God gave us. However 90% of my time is spent at a computer. I've never been employed. And overweight. Do women really hate us? Or is it more of a stereotype? Is there still hope?

If you spend all day on your computer and you've never been employed, that's going to make you less attractive to a lot of people, yes. And not just to women but probably men too if you happen to be gay.

If they wanted to babysit someone they would just adopt a child or go have kids.

Is it possible there are women out there who will still find you attractive? Sure, most likely. But I'm sure they'd prefer if you at least did something with yourself. Even if you can't find a job, there's more you can do than just spending the entire day on your computer.

The real problem arise is when they don't care when you are good at actually usefull things.

well in general we look for a partner that is fun, relatable and can offer future security, so someone that just sits on a computer all day without a job is not very attractive.

Given that we're 8 billion people more or less around the planet, yes that should be the case. Which are exactly the odds? I have no idea.

Edit: Well a case on point would the hermit / shut-in / "Hikkomori" case over there in Japan. To the point Japan even created a Ministry of Loneliness.
