Doesn't matter. I won't be playing it. I haven't played any of those games or any like it since PS2 era, so I'd have to actively WANT to play this game, and now I don't so it's not hard for me to pass on it.

Wich is, objectively, absolutely weak sauce - even Star Wars best effort is Jabba, and i still see two eyes, a mouth and even two arms ... too humanoid for me, i require aliens, not human form with two added props on the head. Gimme aliens, gottverdammit !

Nah, squirrel is in game footage. Someone from Larian tought it would be a quirky idea, and someone(s) else worked their arses to render those graphics - shocked squirrel included. So fun ! So quirky ! Awwww ! ... /gone puking a bit
Personnal opinion : the squirel bit "cherry on top" was ... very very TOO much, they could have abstained from this.
I don't see why drama is needed.
