Has anyone else noticed that the transphobic scapegoating legislation being passed by cryptofascist goons in places like FL and AR keep being struck down by judges, including those appointed by Donald Trump?

It has occurred to me that courts' insistence on factual basis to enforce social controls on anyone has become detrimental for the fash desire to scapegoat and vilify trans people as part of their ongoing attacks on human liberty.

None of this will matter when the matter comes to the fascist cabal in charge of SCOTUS who prefer imaginary logic rather than reality, it seems, but it's certainly interesting how Republican judges subject to ethical review find the science behind these laws laughably inadequate.
