Do you ever clean your ears? Don't use q-tips.

Go see your family doctor and let them look in your ears. Then go from there if needed they will send you to an ear nose and throat dr.

go to a doctor, don't ask the boneheads here for medical help, what are you doing?

they're just going to tell you that the doctors are insane, you're insane, and gaslight you into believing them.

or they'll find a way to devolve your threads into hateful bigotry...

jokes aside, OP, go to a doctor if you can afford it.

Visit a doctor as soon as you can. Tell your doctor that.
Your doctor will probably give you the medicinal item that the first person in the topic mentioned :
Maybe wax build up use wax removal drops.

When I was younger I caused myself to go completely deaf in 1 ear for about a whole 5 minutes. I shoved a q-tip too far in and I don't know what happened, might have knocked the eardrump out of place or maybe blocked it temporarily with wax - I was very grateful when my hearing came back and I've been much more careful since.
I still use q-tips in my ears, which might be a bad idea and doing some damage but I'm not really trying to clean out ear-wax with them; I'm just trying to keep them dry since you're more likely to get an infection in places that stay too moist for too long.

I should probably ask a doctor about those wax drops too the next time I see one but I'm not currently deaf in one ear so it's not urgent for me to get checked up about it like it is for you.
I use the drops to soften the wax then i use a spray bottle with a small tube on the end to flush them out like a E.N.T. would do. The bottle i bought comes with an ear cup that you hold under your ear to catch the water and the wax.

- close your nose
- exhale air from nose
- exhale until you feel something air pressed from ears

Oh my, OP. I just looked up your symptoms on Yahoo, and I even asked a few Off-Topic users about it. Turns out, you're dying with stage 4.5 cancer, and you only have about a few days left to live.

You don't need just a doctor, you need an ambalance, you need some turpentine too, and maybe even a few cups of throat-coat tea. I know that's not much, but it might prolong your life by about 5 minutes. My thoughts go out to you.

I am not a doctor or anything of the sort, so it is hard to say what this is exactly. It could be a ruptured ear drum or impacted earwax, which are conditions that can go away on their own, but are advisable to treat. It could be something else that needs urgent care though, and you risk permanent hearing loss by not seeing a doctor if it is. It is not worth the risk of finding out on your own, so go see a doctor as soon as possible.

Do not do this. If it is a ruptured ear drum you will make it worse, and if it tears too wide open it might not be able to heal.

Never, ever do this. This is probably THE worst advice possible.

Doing this to often could cause permanent damage to (both) your ear drums.

And, GO see a f-ing doctor you idiot.
