The people who insist on showering at night usually do so for 2 reasons:
1. They can't get themselves out of bed in the morning and think this gives them more time. In reality it's the same amount, they just needed to go to bed on time like an actual responsible human being.
2. They insist they go to bed "clean" so their bedding is "clean" and so they are "clean." Again, reality says otherwise. The sheer amount of bacteria, parasites, dust settling, body oils, etc. that build up during sleep makes the idea that you're more clean laughable.
You're basically basting in your own juices for 5-8 hours and then pretending you smell like roses, when you're probably just covering it up with cologne and whatever other crap you put on.
I refuse to leave the house without having showered. I absolutely shower in the morning and face the day fresh and clean.
You want your bedding clean? Try laundering it once in a while like a normal human being.
:)
1 morning to wake up and clean up the night gunk and smells
1 at night to wash away the day's stink and relax muscles.
imo though morning just take a quick shower since the night shower will wash away your filth. Mostly your hair face and armpits.
at night take the longer shower. Really clean up any and all filth of the day. Everywhere especially feet and arms
I can smell your bedding by description alone
it doesn't make you cleaner on the bed but does make the bed cleaner from you not making it dritier.
You do clean sheets once every 2 weeks.
in the meantime though it doesn't make those dirty sheets any dirtier.
Shower in the morning, baby. Fresh and clean. And read for the day.
And few like to shower multiple times per day. But is your choice because of preference or your job?
During Summer too, cold in the mornings.
