I think everyone can learn to be a bit more humble.
The ones who have long family roots in America: Want livable wages and to be able to buy a home without needing a bunch of roommates. Willing to do jobs that can pay fairly but there are less now that more people will work for dirt and with more people houses cost way more as well as cars resulting in them taking a job that makes them unhappy.
The ones who have no family roots in America: Works for less and makes things more expensive. Willing to do any kind of work for minimum wage and millions come every year. They also all need a house and car.
Start your own business and prove it!

Actually, when I used to work I did have employees on more than one occasion.
And when health returns after a few decades out of the workforce I will have them again not too far from now.
In my world there is no talking. There is no social media. There is no virtue signalling...

Either you perform or your butt hits the pavement.

As a Millennial I was one of them that did not fit the stereotype and was similar to the silent generation who worked for two years for no profit graftng then joined the army, then came out, worked in public service then into IT.
The stuff you read online is just bait to manipulate you, steer clear of it.
Sounds about right... no arguments here and I didn't even need a "Study" to know it either...
P.s.- "brimming with ideals and ambitions" doesn't make up for wisdom and experience...
