I dislike the cancer angle, universally. It's a little game they play. They can say possible carcinogen and then slosh around a bunch of studies done with this dose in this species and then epidemiological data in this population and then mechanistic studies over here, and this is how they tread water for decades on end while the public waits for the definitive answer. It's not coming. They do this for a reason.
So sick of it.
Xylitol is far far safer. Its naturally occurring and even has health benefits in starving the bad bacteria that cause tooth decay.

What about Monk Fruit sweetener? I never see xylitol in the stores. Only in keto stores.
