Mega Man is pretty consistently good. The only game I'd say is downright "bad" would be X8, but even then it's still playable (even if teeth-grittingly so)
Maybe Mega Man 2 could be considered bad, but only within the context of every game that released after it being better than it and less because of its actual quality as a game.

I have all four Half-Life 2 games hidden in my steam library, they weren't controller friendly

I can only think of the video game DOOM... I, II, III, and the rest.

Other then that, no movies that's for sure... even Star Wars wasn't consistently good..
