Do you not have phones?
I have satellite. I don't know anybody with actual cable anymore.

i think most people in my family dont have cable, unless they're in their 70's and hate technology.

Cut the cord about 7 years ago. I went with the streaming services. For television series, I get my fix with these services. Ie; Seinfeld, Disjointed, Last of Us, Wallander, Endeavor, Prime Suspect, etc.

Prime
Netflix
HBO Max

Yes. https://www.cnbc.com/2023/02/07/future-of-tv-predictions.html

No. I dropped cable 12 years ago.

Isn't it already dead? This 70 year old guy I work with is even complaining about the programming on his satellite TV, saying all that's left is religious programming and infomercials, and he's the target audience.

I just cancelled my cable a few months ago so was just curious...
Yes it's dying, and the coroner said he'd be here between 8am and 7pm on either Monday Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

He'll wait two minutes, and leave, at which point you'll have to call and schedule another funeral.

its funny how phone apps want you to link your cable but no one use cble and uses internet
I haven't had TV service since ht every early 2010s, and haven't seen a movie since 2009. Something about them being a 90 minute cutscene with no gameplay fails to pique my interest.

But yeah, the idea of cable television is probably dying. Subscription services have taken over, people pay for what they want. They're mostly just internet providers at this point.

Wed works for me
