Depends on the guy. On some its super nice and others not so much. Still its easier to pull off than a dress or a bikini.

I remember hearing that in Montenegro, a guy came to school in a skirt because skirts are allowed in summer hell, but shorts are not. What a legend.

And ♥♥♥♥ that stupid "system", we have the same thing here in Croatia and I'd just come in shorts anyway, the kind of shorts that still cover my knees which is more than polite, so ♥♥♥♥ off and let me dress however I want to reduce melting to death to a minimum.
