I worded the joke terribly so it's fine.
The joke was that they already don't care what people think of them, so they don't care that people can see their obvious gender parts anyways. That's why they're ok with being on a male bike. In a skirt.

if he said boys then the internet full of them and i can tell my opinion in other discussion about them if they are cute or not.
