What shampoo do you use?
Or do you use none at all?

none. i wash it with cold water and occasionally use buttermilk soap if it gets greasy. it doesn't get greasy often, though because i don't use shampoo.

I'm not too picky with shampoo but usually use in cycles TRESemmé, Head and Shoulders, Garnier and Pantene.

So is it because of this theory? (I'm hoping not to be the only one to subscribe to this idea)

Sorry
OK maybe not so weird, you got me :)

I change shampoos frequently because it feels like my hair "adapts" to shampoo and doesn't clean as well when I use it too much.

It's probably not true but when I buy a new one I feel like it cleans better.

I don't use shampoo that frequently, so I just pick one that I have - I'm not picky in this case.
A honey type one.
The main downside is because I'm blonde, and I smell like honey, I tend to attract bees.
