2nd was Sam Andreas
Man Warcraft 3 was amazing, I loved playing as the Orks and Humans
A game that features impalement and dismemberment that I played since age 4. Thanks, mum.
My sisters let me play them when I was 2 years old.
I'm not quite that old; my family was just always a late adopter. It was probably 92 or 93.

My daycare had a cabinet of the original Ninja Gaiden. Nobody batted an eye until that lying bastard Joe LIEberman started raising a stink about it.

Mine was either Duck Hunt:

Or Excite Bike:

I know Duck Hunt/SMB was my first NES game, but I have a memory of playing Excite Bike somewhere and I don't know if it was before or after we got our own NES.
I also remember watching my mom play King's Quest III:

And Space Quest II:

We had some IBM compatible with a monochrome monitor I wasn't allowed to touch, so it was just watch mom play, not play myself there. It wasn't until later when we got a 486 with a VGA card and a color monitor that I was allowed to use the family computer. Great memories of that machine.
