You can always try to get a refund as long as you haven't played the game for more than 2 hours. You do have 2 weeks to refund the game after purchase too I think.

Five and a half hours in CoD4 and left a negative review about not being able to refund.

I’ve been refunded each request. They’ve replaced a defective valve index headset for free as well as paid for the shipping. They’ve helped me regain access to my account a few times a long time ago. I haven’t received better support than from Steam.

Idk man I just got offered a refund for a game I bought 3 months ago even tho I asked support for a new key. I don't refund often but when I do I always could without trouble.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say "Why is steam so n word?". Steam seems alright to me. I mean, I'm not gonna move out of the neighborhood if Gabe moved in next door.

I never had a problem with any game on steam they all worked when i clicked play. Only one game i had to fix which is because it was a very old game and that was max payne. But a simple easy fix got it up and running like a champ.
