WHAT IS THE FOOD YOU HAVE TO EAT THIS TODAY?
When next you have the craving for a late-night meal, you should know that not all meals are great when eaten at night. Some are about right, and others could contribute to excessive weight gain, heart diseases, digestive disorders, and other health issues.

Breakfast: cereal, peanut butter, fruit, juice, tea/coffee.
Lunch: big salad with all of your favorite toppings or even a salad with all toppings no lettuce! Dinner: soup, yummy bread with toasted cheese, berries with nuts and feta cheese for dessert.

Avoid heavy and high-fat meals. When your body digests a heavy meal, its temperature rises. However, to get a proper night’s sleep, your body needs a relatively low internal temperature.

I'll just eat cacao nibs in the morning and probably cook some grass fed beef, potato, carrot, tonight. I generally only eat one meal per day.

You should think about adding some GMO soybean and cottonseed oil on top. And a bit of atrazine seasoned corn mash never hurt no one.
