Best pillow to buy
ive been buying cheap $1 pillows for the past several years. Now i realized i want a stable one that can last. Preferably one that doesn't lose its shape after 3 months. Any ideas?

limit is $100

I honestly have the Saatva Latex Pillow and it has been amazing for the past 8 months I've owned it. I was surprised it was this good and even got top marks from the Sleep Foundation. But it is the most pricy thing I have seen.

If we're talking about the type and construction as opposed to brands, then the only kind of pillow I've had that maintains any kind of loft over time, is down/feather pillows. Anything foam is going to compress and permanently become smaller, and more firm. While feather pillows will too, unlike foam pillows, you can just shake a feather pillow and it's normal again.

My advice would be to figure out which position is mostly sleep in then get a pillow specifically for that. However the majority of pillows will cater for back sleepers followed by side sleepers.

Then the consideration would be if you need firm or soft head support as each body is different.
