Jordan Peterson is a role Model
Have a long-lasting marriage, and surfs the recent success wave by traveling around the world with his wife

Have accomplished decades of successful work as a clinical psychologist;

Be a very popular and loved professor at the universities where he taught, and also very appreciated as an advisor

Be moved to tears when pondering about the plight of others and to how it is possible to improve their situation sometimes with just very little encouragement

What an amazing guy

He takes trolls on Twitter seriously, so I can only take him so seriously (not at all)

P.S. Diogenes is better

Kevin Samuels is a much better role model for black men. He knows what's wrong with our community and spoke out. He got attacked for speaking the truth.

RIP King.

He makes a lot more sense than most speakers do. He can get a complex topic across in a short period of time, at the cost of sometimes sounding a bit too cryptic or vague. A bit impish at times, which is quite relatable if you've ever spoken to the crowd he goes up against. I respect him. He's an Albertan, which is also worth something to me.

He is one of many.

There are probably a hundred more, go find them.

Also the only problem I have with JP is he relies a lot on certain drugs and stuff, and his daughter is starting a company that is associated with this practice as well. I can understand drugs help people but I wouldn’t advise someone to rely on them.

Anyway, I think he’s a decent & smart guy.

the daughter (mikhaila?) used to date andrew tate. rumor has it she left JP in russia while he was getting treatment for his anti-depressant addiction, and had a romp with tate in romania. lol

Peterson is a clever guy and its easy to see he has put a lot of thought into what he thinks and feels yet has never acknowledged that ultimately his vision once mainstream (not saying it will be) would like any other mainstream vision lead to the eventual evolving of over an undetermined time a counter culture/society. That for his vision to continue to thrive would mean adopting what would be viewed by such a counter culture/society, oppressive values.

So im clear im not talking about the current counter culture to him, im talking about if we all embraced the vision that in time one equally as smart or so is believed at that time being counter would naturally evolve.

didn't jordan peterson go on a hissy fit after being temporarily suspended on twitter for deadnaming someone and calling gender affirming care providers evil?

isn't peterson the guy who goes "go clean your room" without bothering to wonder why the room is untidy in the first place?

Jordan made one interesting point and that was, if r*pe were treated as a property crime rather than violent crime against woman, men would care more about women getting r*ped.

I guess that's true because men cannot relate to r*pe as much as they can to property damage.

But the question is, why does he say that specifically? What purpose? Because you could make a similar argument by saying that slave owners cared about their slaves, more than, say, random people. But surely that does not make slavery a good thing?

Plus, making these kind of statements lead many people to thinking that he hints men shouldn't have to change their behavior - men shouldn't learn to see r*pe for what it is. Rather the systems should change towards being favorable to men.

Now I'm a man but if I had to listen to that kind of stuff as a woman, I would probably be slightly irritated.

He is an idiot. If he was any good as a clinical psychologist he would just help people individually (the only good reliable way to help people) instead of becoming a puppet internet influencer.

More of that thanks. It is always good with an opposing pole in the political debate.
