Less scary, nicer graphics, more fun. I guess yes. I never really liked the scariness of Bioshock.

pokemon is overrated

anyways back to topic, no.
Its a 50/50 thing because personally I dont think Bioshock is scary when its story is about how the ideal of utopia is not something we humans can ultimately do and is explaining how the cities downfall that was caused by raptures concept of utopia is actually counter to the idea of free will and goes into great lengths to show literally Rapture's ultimate downfall came from the fact human nature just does not work with the idea of a Utopia.

I have yet to play Atomic Heart tho and for what its worth I do plan to try it to see the story, I did play Bioshock infinite just for the story to and was impressed to learn how while at first we are given what looks to be a story of two timelines clashing, we actually are learning of a repeating loop that is finally closed, it took me a while but it dawned on me that had Eliz not killed the player at the end, the loop would of kept repeating, Booker gives his kid away, Eliz somehow gets something evil done to her, Booker of a much older age is the reason which leads to the first booker taking revenge in the future, repeat.

I like it better from what ive seen. Bioshock always struck me as a political hate fantasy. There's always got to be a message in who they make the villain, right? BioShock 1 was capitalism and individualism. Infinity was religion and patriotism. Pretty clear leanings to see there.

I haven't watched enough of Atomic Heart to know the real villain, so maybe ill have foot in mouth. But it feels more like a warning about the dangers of AI and humanities hubris than an on-the-nose political take.

bioshock

Actually both games are good. Someone likes bioshock, someone likes atomic heart. I like both games, but atomic heart is more because it's something new, something fresh in the gaming world.

Looks kinda fan servicy to be honest because of the ballerina twins. Can someone tell me if the atmosphere and story is like bioshock or even better than bioshock?

I see similarities, having played the intro and up to "fixing the elevator" part.
