Do you listen to your music while playing any game?
I think that "Slay the Spire" is the perfect game for this.

Depends on what kind of a game it is.

Whenever I play Rocket League, I do boot up one of my Steam playlists, as I keep the in-game sounds off.
As for the rest of the videogames.. I may turn on some music while playing Valorant while I'm still waiting before the round starts to help me relax a little. The competitive mindset of mine is still trying to get to me even nowadays, and although I'm successfully brushing it off, it's still there and kind of wastes my energy, and music is the only way to quickly take my focus outta it.
yes.

my music is perfect for trucking
(that was sarcasm, but at the same time not. let me explain with one word. Kpop)
Define "your music", because I could listen to Bethooven while playing TF2 as well as listen to Lordi while playing Escape Academy.
no I don't I'm far too busy working on it play games.
Seldom. But I often watch something while I play. I have Star Treks (TNG) going on right now while I write this.
No. And I usually turn down the volume a little on the in-game music.

Mostly...

After I play the game for 500+ hours the music tends to get old... so I fire up YouTube on the other monitor and listen to other things..
If I am not enjoying the game, yes.

I'm not a musician.
