Sure, you have the occasional green to represent toxic ooze and digitized text, some blue shipping containers and some red blood, but for the most-part it could very well just as well be called Brownish Grey: The Video Game, and while people might bat an eyelash since that is a weird name for any game, they would understand immediately once they start playing, or even if they haven't played it at all, like myself, considering that it is one of those games where its reputation precedes it.
I thought it's orangest. :P
Yeah, The Lost and Damned had an ugly film grain filter, but vanilla GTA IV seems realistic for NYC in October. Gay Tony is pretty colorful.

What false advertising. There is clearly multiple shades of gray.
