Any game where you have to control complex systems and there is always a risk of a fire breaking out?
I am looking for games where you control a lot of complex things, like a complex colony, or a factory or something. If anything goes wrong, there should be the risk of a fire breaking out.

Complex as hell. Not sure it will satisfy your inner pyro though.
Rimworld.

fires can be awful.

Rimworld and Dwarf Fortress are right up your alley.

Though in Dwarf Fortress it's less the danger of fire and more the danger of tantrum spirals. It's all fun and games until Urist McBlacksmith can't get a good drink and then finds out his cat has died.

Although your dwarves can do lots of really dangerous things with lava.

You have basically described minecraft modded with Gregtech New horizons.

If water/rain falls on your machines they can explode or start fires. If you put too much ampage on wires, they will set on fire. If you feed a machine too much power, it will explode. If 1 machine explodes and that explosion hits another it can cause a chain reaction boom.

If you are using a steam boiler and it runs out of water, but it is still hot and you add water to it, it will explode. Some certain boilers will even explode if they are running and run out of water. Some machines even need regular maintence. Like my steam solar panels will calcify over time if I'm not using distilled water which drastically lowers efficency.

And your main furnace, the electronic blast furnace will destroy what its processing atm if the power fluctuations to too low. and it has 2-3 outlets because it often wants a high power tier than the power tier you are in. Like it might want high voltage 512, but you are in medium voltage of 128.

The ores/liquids also list the elements on them because there is refining, distilling, cracking (Hydro/steam), electrolizing, certerfuging, etc. That is to say a lot of chemistry. Like salt is fun.

And you can pick to specialize in liquid combustiable power generation (OiL byproducts), steam generation, gas powered such as methane and I think benzene. Etc

I've played it for months and I'm still only MV tier aka Tier 3. I think it has 7 or 11 tiers or something I don't even know, It even has a solar system, you can go into space.

Even the pipes are complicated. Because they all carry different liquid amounts. And liquid moves around inside the pipes like waving back and forth...Like...Like...a liquid.
