Someone Was Following My Car

I was getting home and in the neighborhood when I noticed someone was following me.

I did the 4 left turns in a row to make sure they were in fact following me... I was right near my home on on of those turns as well... so then on another street I stopped my car and they drove past and I started to follow them.

One turn later the car stopped. I stopped too. I wrote down part of the guys license plate I could see but didn't get the full thing...

He rolls down his window and apparently says something I didn't hear. Then he pulled back his car and I rolled down my window and I say " Don't follow people if you don't want them to follow you"...

IT's a black guy in a black car.

He then acts like it's his right to follow people to make sure nothing wrong happens (he says it in the stereotypical way a "hood" guy would say it). He said there are kids around here and I was suspicious because I circled around (which I did ONLY after I saw him following me).And then he said "You can't be doing that" ... don't know what the hell he is talking about...

So I say"Are you going to go about your day or what"? She he says "don't follow me" and he pulls off and I drive off AFTER he leaves. I drive for like 5 minutes and then drive home and park and go inside.

What should I do about this? Hald of me think he might try to find my car and do something to it?

Also I wasn't scared at all... I'm a bit different than most people. IF the guy had pulled out a guy I would have told him to shoot and just stare him down. I swear it!

Advice?

I don't need advice on what I should have done but rather advice for what to do if anything happened or to prevent anything from happening?

He did seem like he was concerned about something like that because he seemed very hesitant for some reason probably because I am very assertive.

How do you know that dude wasn't a lookout for a robbery crew or a bunch of dudes working a trap?

Quit approaching people in the hood and being assertive. Learn to pick your battles for christ's sake.

The dude followed me. I did NOTHING wrong. IF he believed there was a crime he should call the POLICE. But driving home from work is NOT a crime. There is NO legal suspicion of a crime for driving home from work.

This whole thing got so much racial undertones in it that it's just being highly stereotypical. So i don't believe you and just want to go on a racist rant. How do you know they was doing drugs was you doing it with them cause that is the only way you know. So just drop it and stop being racist.
