How do you react to naked, crazy person on the street?

How do you react to a person that is naked, crazy, going around screaming, cussing at people, matted hair, infected skin, dirty, having disease, and homeless?

I've actually seen many crazy naked people on the streets and usually I just try to keep my distance and walk faster trying not to make eye contact. One time I was shopping at Coles and a naked woman ran out of the bathroom screaming and started break dancing in front of the self serve checkouts and another time at the same shopping center but in the parking lot a man was having a fight with his partner or something and for some reason tore all his clothes off, ALL HIS CLOTHES, and started screaming and beating up the car. And actually a third time but at a different shopping center there was a naked man wandering around in the stories parking lot and he started following me saying ":hey bro hey bro hey bro" over and over and trying to get in my face, I just walked super fast away until he left me alone.

I would take off my jacket and give it to the person and try to calm the person down to be honest. And if the person doesn't comply, I'd call for assistance with the police. That person may need help (and I used to work with the homeless in the past so assisting just clicks for me).

If however they are clearly a safety huge safety treat, then it goes straight to the police.

I remember following a story of a lady in America that was half naked, looked terrible, screaming and bloodied on the streets. First glances she looked like a threat however she was really someone who got beaten by a boyfriend and needed help. It was one of the saddest stories and footages I've ever seen on the news.

Asside from the naked part I don't think most of that is or should be illegal and even the naked part I don't think is crazy enough for me to want to call the cops on my own unless they do something more serious. Obviously someone else probably will though.

I heard that some females can be very sensitive to naked male. If she accidentally glances at his junk, she feels violated and gets traumatized for weeks.

I'd probably call 110 -- that's the police. Personally, I don't think it's a case for 112 (firefighters, ambulance) -- but, if the police thinks otherwise, they'll just forward me.

Don’t give them eye contact, unless they’re trying to provoke I’ll call the police. There could be a chance they traumatized a kid with their indecency.
