another things can help are diet and exercise. any simple exercise like squat is great and can make a difference. also meditation is amazing. also hobbies like beekeeping and gardening.
if you have a lot free time you can try swimming, archery, and martial arts, hiking or camping or just spending time in the wild. if you have a lot free time and a lot money you can try horsemanship.
