Why people always compare Gen Z to idiots?

Like, I seen in memes or media how people always associate Zoomers with being brainless teenagers/young adults that don't think about nothing and only drink unhealthy stuff, I'm a late 2000s zoomer myself, and i don't do stuff like this, like, from the beginning I seen TikTok as stupid crap, I don't listen to rap music because it's basically "WOOO FR BAA DRUGS DRUGS CHICKS DRUGS POLICE AAA" And Im not really fan of most of very mainstream things.
I don't get why Gen Z is mostly associated with these stuff, just because we are younger generation.

I think one thing that is different is Gen Z is growing up with social media, which means they visibly attach themselves to some pretty dumb ideas.

I mean we had dumb ideas growing up back in the 80s too, but we didn't have echo chambers and video evidence.
