It's called Kantai Collection and there is even an anime, called KanColle: Itsuka Ano Umi de. :-)

AzurLane, a gacha style shipgirl game that largely has branched out

Their very real, basically their humans that wear gear akin to naval world war 2 battleships, cruisers, destroyers and more, people use bows and arrows in the action of aircraft carriers, they ski on water like fast warships would and heavy artillery is literally about the size of cars and moves very slowly

Their not so much anthropomorphic because their literally normal people wearing these things.

its real, and for some reason the 'girls' (using that term loosely) have naval cannons strapped to them. like 350mm guns. actual artillery guns.

they're not killed by the shockwaves either. i'm impressed at just how far the leap went this time, japan.
