Do you like the "Seven-Up" soft drink?
I rated it as the lieutenant of the "Coca-Cola".
It taste lighter as good taste without caffeine for the night.

if I want a lemon-limey soda, ya. among the best of that type.
Nope. Don't care for it. Prefer Sprite. Has a more crisp taste to it. Might try Pepsi's new version... Maybe...

If you want to know the ingredients.

I used to like diet 7-Up, but haven't drunk one in many years.
its the 2d worst pick of all soda.
(the worst being sisi/fanta that stuff is umdrinkable where 7up is still acceptable)

coke is king in any shape.
(personally i prefer dr foots than vanilla cola, than cherry cola than regulair.. but still thats all variants)

ginger ale or ginger beer queen.. (plenty of moments I ask for ginger beer not cola)

exotic soda like fernades, a 3d pick.. not always in the mood for though..

next comes the bitter sodas.. bitter lemon, tonic.. less often in mood for and usually only picked if none of the above available.

cassis and its sibling cherise (cherry)
are nice sodas once in a while but not your every day driver..

so if you have a party buy cola.. any cola.. nobody hates on cola.. dont buy 7up.. you end up with that bottle untouched forced to drink it yourself..
Not a fan. I might drink one for free, but I'm not choosing it over most other beverages.

My favorite 7up-style beverage is actually Mtn Dew Ice, but even that I feel pretty much the same about. Also, is that still around?

Mtn Dew/Mello Yello is a different category IMO. I like those a little more.
Sprite is better.

Sprite first. Then you do the Dew. Then 7Up.
7up is the original lemon-lime flavoured carbonated sugar-water and still the superior flavour

Sprite may be safer if you have chronic kidney failure because it uses sodium citrate instead of potassium citrate
