At best, it's rather irresponsible.
It's irresponsible not just because it encourages people who would play vigilante to attack the scapegoated party, but also because it's not a reliable way to spot predators & meanwhile, while people are busy focusing on this unreliable prejudice, they're missing actual predators that engage in actual predatory actions rather than people who just watch media that you think adults should be banned from watching or something.
That's not to say that watching such media makes someone not a predator either just that it's mostly irrelevant to such a situation.
