Would you date a trans woman?
A question for the straight males of off topic. Would you date a trans woman (someone who is born a male and identifies female)?

If you are not straight, would you date a trans man then (someone born a male and identifies female)?

Thailand is apparently pretty wild in general so i understand why you don't want to go there.
i actually did went to thailand but only reach the town near the border that i forgot what it called. never actually see any trans people from what i've seen nor what i remember. it's a fun experience tho

Frontiers towns tend to always have good stuff so that's understandable and fortunately it's always good to have a good first experience in another country.

don't get me started with indonesia. i can't remember which another country i visit first but indonesia, singapore and thailand is the earliest country i've visited. thailand is the last

Most likely not.

I respect them, and I'll refer to them as what they transition to etc, but I couldn't date one. All parts of me would see them as a women, but I know a tiny part of my mind would constantly be in a state of "Yeah but you know they really aren't...right?" And that thought would linger too much for me to ignore it.

So still, nothing against them at all but I wouldn't date them because it'd mess with me a bit.

Though to be fair I've never been interested in love in my entire life at all, so this could easily be a result of that and could change if I ever actually want to enter a relationship so I dunno.

Probably not. I don't have anything against trans folks, I'm just too old to even really bother wanting to date even a cis woman, much less deal with any of the baggage associated with being with someone trans. I could easily see myself enjoying a platonic relationship, even be besties. But romance is already a wine I have lost my taste for.

Technically, I don't know as I've never met one, but in theory, if they're fully and properly transitioned to the point that you can't even know, then it theoretically makes no difference at all because, again, you can't even know in the first place, I guess? That's just in theory, though, I have no clue what practice is like.

Otherwise, to be honest, no, I can't really imagine that happening and that's fine.

This is not something that should be taken personally because I can't naturally be attracted to someone and something that I naturally don't find attractive. I find many things that have nothing to do with being transgender equally repulsive, such as a social media obsession (nearly everyone my age) or wrong opinions such as liking summer and disliking Winter and so on.

That's just how it is, always has been and always will be, it's not a new transgender thing, that's not the first thing in the world that people may or may not find attractive or repulsive, it's just one of the many. So, it's absolutely not a political thing, a moral thing, a personal attack against you and an insult or anything like that.
