which (fps) games where the pistols aren't suck/forgettable?

idk why devs give the player the pistol only for it to be forgettable once you got a rifle/shotgun. the only fps games that didn't do that is ultrakill. but i didn't really count revolver because i refer to normal pistol. pre re7 is not an fps but the pistol is my favorite arsenal in that game. i only played re2 and re4 and both are my favorite. and mgs3 has mk22 and m1911 and both are my favorite weapon in the game.

Unmodded anomaly the starting Beretta of the UNISG faction isn't that bad but that's about it, as soon as you will find an MP5 (because they start around Pripyat if you don't go story mode) you will have a better use for your ammo still.

Unmodded anomaly the starting Beretta of the UNISG faction isn't that bad but that's about it, as soon as you will find an MP5 (because they start around Pripyat if you don't go story mode) you will have a better use for your ammo still.

unmodded anomaly is kinda suck imo. although my biggest complain is that even though you run fast, you don't feel fast. this actually mess my mind playing it. i feel damn slow

BloodRayne 2, because the pistols have syringes attached to them, which can be used to drain blood to be used as their ammo.
Bayonetta, because the pistols can be attached to the main character's lower legs, and be aimed in that way.

i typically only use pistols in SR 3. They are really really beefed up pistols but I'll take them over a BFG any day.

Anomaly's main problem Vanilla is bullet damage, i swear in the arena where you fight all the exo dudes and you have a G36 and the exo set i had almost not enough ammo to kill them and i was burst firing my shot in their head sometimes they can tank 10 shots.
