Acer, Skytech, Omen, Etc please name specific one I can look for

Please tell me I don't know much anything about computers or any computer components inside the gaming desktop.

I'm looking forward to buy a new gaming desktop with RTX 3080 Graphic Card good memory size disk but not too expensive price

I currently have hp omen obelisk with GTX 1060 gpu which doesnt run well on ultra settings on video games. Whenever i play certain big video game on steam, my desktop heats up and make loud engine noise which I don't like.

Well I mean, fanless small coolers look more like small electronical innovation... dell used make solid case design.... apple still makes fancy stuff.
