IMHO that's grounds for murder.
Then when they talk you think they are talking to you or something.
It really is a cultural thing that has come up only in the past few decades, this prevalence of always talking to someone even alone is odd for older folk and make for some awkward situations like waving and saying hi back thinking they are talking to you and they were just on their phone.
I'll probably die before I get enough practice in to just assume everyone is wearing ear pieces.
Get the reference?
the question is,is it considered rude to the person talking to me.
to me personally,i dont do this to a blind,
while we are talking about rude, being rude is like being polite,it is all a trick in social skill,to deal with people and situation.
i try to be polite, that is how i am taught,i try to be rude ,that is how i am taught, this is different than, using these social gestures for effect other than itself.
people use it all the time,i use it all the time.
accusing someone of being rude is also social skill.back and forth back and forth.
until, one day,you realize you cant hate a person because he is usually rude or usually polite.
and you see through his disguise of social skill.that is when you can develop real feeling towards others.
Everyone knows children are not adults.
