Carpet is going to fill its stomach without providing nutrients and likely contains insecticides and other toxins.
Your pet will die a slow and painful death if you don't do anything about it eating your carpet, if it isn't too late already.

You gotta make it stop eating carpet and read up on how to feed a bunny properly.
Also reading up on entertaining a pet is a good idea, too.

A pet isn't just furniture and must be taken care of.

I know how to feed bunny property, and he only bite off one of carpet hair, chill out.
Why everybody have to be crazy on this thread?

Because you've wrote your bunny keeps eating carpet, implying that your pet has done it before and keeps on doing so.

If that's the case, you clearly don't know how to treat your pet properly.

Hey OP. I keep indoor rabbits and they will nibble on everything. They do not discriminate. If you're worried about it, the best you can do is completely remove the carpet and keep them on a wood floor. Get them plenty of other things to nibble on, toys, sticks, treats, etc. And make sure they can't get any wires.

Whilst it can be unhealthy, it is very unlikely they will kill themselves chewing on carpet. It's not like they're actually eating it. Don't pay attention to the people insulting you. It's a normal part of keeping indoor rabbits. They don't know any better.

Yes, if that's the case "my bunny ate some carpet" or "my bunny bit my carpet" would've been closer to the truth, but likely wouldn't have generated that many reactions.

A pet biting into furniture for fun isn't that unusual (unfortunately), eating it however…

Just wait till you have to hold the string of it and make it hop. My dog did this and I had to hold it while he walked away ... It was a long bit.

Because he's tired of living and sending you a message to eat him loll

Getting more than one rabbit is difficult because u need to bond them and constantly watch to make sure it doesn't get out of hand hurt each other, but it is rewarding when they get used to each others company

What material is the carpet? Asking for these "it gonna die" folks here.
Kobs 4/fev./2023 às 7:13
Ggoogle is your friend

Rabbits' teeth grow continuously throughout their lives. Therefore, it takes a lot of daily chewing and gnawing to keep them worn down to usable lengths. If a rabbit's teeth are not kept at an appropriate length by the natural act of chewing, they will almost certainly become overgrown

Give it stuff to chew on I'm sure pet shops will have things just for that

Reminds me of some boar that has tusk that keeps growing and if he doesn't keep it in check it will grow and overlap and pierce thru his brain.
