Skip BLOPS. I got COD WW2 during the sale and, other than COD 2, it's the best COD ever released.

Black Ops 2 is good.
Haven't played Black Ops 3, I stopped playing after Black Ops 2.

BTW Warzone 2.0 if it tickles your fancy.

Back in the day, BO2 Multiplayer was the absolute ♥♥♥♥. It was amazing. It's been infested with hackers now though, so it's best to install Plutonium for it. BO3 is weird, don't know how it is now, but it was fun too.

Then buy CoD MW2 from 2022, I guess
Hard pass on that one. Mw 2019 is better and still populated

bo3 for zombies
bo2 for multi
Black Ops 3 is heavy on all computers and its base game is currenly about 116 GB's in total, excluding DLC's or anything else, if your PC is a little older then it basically wont run and even on max graphics the game runs just as perfect as Crysis 2 does on max.

Black Ops 2 has a rather good story for what its worth and rather easy to follow along with and an interesting layer of solder-commanding bits, where Black Ops 3 however has a very nice system where things you unlocked in the story such as skins can be used in zombies and multi but also fun achivements and other things to do.

Out of both games?

Both are decent in terms of multiplayer, BO3 is rather fast paced due to wall running and suit abilities, BO2 can be slower depending on mode and map but are still nice

Zombies for both is rather good, if I had to pick, BO2 has the story where BO3 has the graphics and more things to do.

Story wise, BO2 follows BO1 to a rather high note, but BO3 actually does not follow BO2 beyond some old names and thats it, and takes place on earth after geostorms have ravaged most coastal areas and the bad guy in BO2 is rather interesting story wise...the bad...thing in BO3, is more or less to a phrase, a broken Skynet.

I am capable of running crysis 2 on max at 120 fps. Is one zombies mode better than the other?

I'd say BO3 has Zombies in the bag yes, ranging from weapons and special things to do, but also enemies per map, special bosses and objectives and even more fun things to be found, like gumballs before the game starts are basically 4 perks you only can get in BO3, and their all special in their own way.

Modewise, I honestly can only say BO2 are all different maps but their all functionally the same but I cant say that with Bo3 where the story, at first seems to be all over the place is rather nailed down and ironed out if you listen to it, the modes especially are fun for example only one map gives magic staffs (I wont go more into that for the sake of spoilers) while others have ironic german-named weapons on german maps that mimic the Nazi-term for super weapons.

One of my most favorite things out of BO3 Zombies is the ability to wall run which can take time to learn but once you do, you can out run zombies with it over drops into voids, but note that doing so will not count to the remaining zombies in the round and they will respawn if they cant reach you.

This is also rather true which is sad, but I sorta get why they die fast, CoD has only a piece of the total gaming population over all and when a new one comes out somehow its only to the point where the prior game is either totally or almost completely abandoned for the new one.

I am waiting for Black Ops 50. I love all these sequels as they require no writing or original thought. Easy money for the developers.
