Super Mario Galaxy 1 minigames are actually much better on PC, the surfing minigame and the ball minigame, I hated them so much on the original console but with a gamepad they are so much fun! Changing configuration whenever you play them is a bit boring but it is worth it.
You haven't been around during the 2000s, have you?
The only things that made console versions "better" during these times were exclusive content, such as exclusive DLCs and split-screen multiplayer, and not being terrible PC ports… oh, also not shipping with malware DRM.
In essence, PC games were made worse on purpose. (Now, they're all made equally bad.)
For instance, Burnout: Paradise never received the last two DLCs on PC. Test Drive Unlimited has terrible frame pacing on PC, on top of not receiving all DLCs plus receiving those made available belated. Many games lack split-screen multiplayer on their PC releases, because devs think PC gamers are smelly loosers rotting in their mom's basement.
But as for strictly singleplayer content:
I'd say GTA: Vice City and GTA: San Andreas are better on PS2, but only the uncensored releases. GTA: San Andreas even came with some co-op challenges.
You forget that a game that you play on PC is not necessarily a PC game
Well, that goes without saying - we don't talk about that.

the original creators are maxis.
If PC HAS to use a keyboard, then platformers are automatically better on console. Platformers are """playable""" with a keyboard but boy does it feel awkward as sh*t. Same goes for stuff like turn based rpgs, while much more usable with a keyboard it just feels better using an actual dpad/buttons to me.
Also, racing games for the same reason. Don't play racing games with a keyboard unless you're mentally insane.
But if PC can use a controller, then there isn't any game that's better on console than PC with a controller.
