"Why do Diet Coke and Coke Zero taste different?
While stacking both the drinks beside one another, it is mentioned in a statement on the website that both drinks are calorie and sugar-free, but coke zero tastes and looks more like Coca-Cola Classic, where diet coke is made from the blend of multiple flavors and chemicals to give diet coke a lighter taste. The main difference between coke zero and diet coke is the use of chemicals that make them different."
I prefer my Coca-Cola boiled tho.
Just to add.... I eat and drink everything myself but in moderation. I don't fall for the sugar free, salt free, fat free, no carbs stuff. I just eat and drink what I feel like but again, in moderation.
If Coke Zero really tastes more like OG Coke, it may also be too sweet.
And yes, I have used McDonald's Diet Coke as a mixer. Just dump a 50ml bottle in the cup.
I agree with the last part, but some people are poor on money and time. In the states if you forget your lunch pale and end up working a 12hr shift, your stopping at Mc Donalds or Arby's. There isn't any other option.
They are starting to make upscale gas stations common where you can grab deli food. But you end up staring at a 9$ salad and thinking, "That's like 15-20 mins worth of work."
Then you end up all stressed about it, party, pass out, and wake up in the Burger King drive thru the next morning because you were too lazy to grab a carton of eggs.
I know. Um, I want a Double Quarter Pounder... What? Yeah, with cheese. Um, large fry, an apple pie, and um... oh, and a large Coke. Wait! Coke Zero.
If you're gonna do it, just do it.
I'm not sure what they're driving at here...
I've legit seen people do that.
"bigmac, 2 fries, 20 nuggets, double cheese burger
and a diet cola thanks"
Disagree. Coke Zero comes very close. And in fact in my opinion is better. Coke Zero is much better than regular Coke at room temperature, as it does not have that "sticky" aftertaste when warm. When available, is always my drink to go, over regular Coke.
I agree that Coke Diet is far behind though. If McDonald's or any other establishment gets rid of it, I will not miss it.
I read about this some time ago. It was because to some people who aren't really good at maths thought the 1/4 pounder sounds bigger.
