Have you ever seen a fat fast food worker?
One of the biggest mystery for me is that fast food chains are catered to mostly fat people yet I have never seen a fat worker.

It’s always the healthy and good looking workers especially the ones serving at the front counter and those that hands meals to cars in drive thru’s. Same in commercials.

Is there a secret rule that allows them
to discriminate fat people by not allowing them to work?

35% of adults are obese. 70% of adults are obese or overweight. For kids, it's 20% obese and 35% obese or overweight.

It's an epidemic worse than almost anything else.

Without a doubt, obesity is a public health issue but I believe those statistics rely on BMI, which is at best a questionable measurement.

I hear you about BMI. But my lying eyes don't deceive me. The CDC and WHO stats unfortunately play out with my observations. I see fat people everywhere. No sixth sense necessary. No journal articles necessary. No bullsh!t necessary.

Obesity is a lifestyle choice. And a lifestyle choice that affects not only their health, but costs everyone cuz we're all paying for them.

People make all sorts of poor decisions in life. Obesity is just one of the most apparent.

Yes! In my favorite fast food place, there is a fat girl with a cute face, a sexy set of boo bies and a legendary a$$, which i would love to takeaway, instead of the food.

Did you ask her what she was doin' with all that junk? All that junk inside her trunk?

I have. Then again i live down south so the culture is mostly big everything.

Tbh usually fast food workers including some of my friends are all somewhat skinny. They know what they serve up and how. They know that that sloop ain't worth it.

Have a family who worked at auntie annes. First couple of days/weeks she got free leftover pizzas and stuff. But after awhile she stopped mostly b/c you get sick of cooking and eating the same thing day in and day out. She'd still bring some home but mostly for everyone else who doesn't or isn't able to eat there everyday.

Had another friend who worked at sonic. He said the worst was scooping out the milkshake machine every week. Smelled like sour spoiled rotten milk and he had to do it by hand.

Even at restaurants the waiters cooks etc all get sick of seeing and handling the same food day in and day out.

No, never. They must be like fat unicorns.

Oh, what do I spy with my little eye? Another fat prancin' unicorn. With a health care price tag attached to their horn that flutters then the mane is flicked.

Because they are working they are moving and burning calories.

I worked in quite a few fortune 50 offices. You will typically find morbid obesity in low paying office jobs.

I know it's wrong, but that phrase always makes me chuckle.
Reminds me of Billy Connolly's comments about it.
"MORBID obesity. Imagine having something wrong with ya, that was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ MORBID"

Yes, I have, at McDonald's and, I believe, at Wendy's as well. I don't judge people based on their weight, though, because there could be legitimate health reasons that could be the cause of their obesity. I know that it's trendy to make fun of people's weight in hopes that it will somehow spur them to go on a diet, but that crap (fat shaming) doesn't work. In fact, it has the opposite effect; it makes them depressed, which causes them to overeat (gain weight).

…If you have to ask whether or not an American has seen a fat fast food employee, then I have to ask where you've been.

Calorie is a measurement of thermal energy
We are not storing calories as that would mean we would be getting fat from sitting in the sun or sitting in front of fire.
