What has been learned from the previous thread:

Off Topic's sign is either Leo or Cancer

People under the Cancer sign can't swim
Cancer sign now belongs to the Earth element
Leo sign probably belongs to the Water element, but not enough data

Don't take what I put forward as fact. It is just a guess, an example of what it could have been like. I am no longer even sure if calendar count is related to the Sun or the Moon.

The whole element thing is confusing to me as planets as dieties each have their associated element. But in the zodiac... they seem to be assigned arbitarily based on the sequence they are listed.

For example Saturn is well established as ruling over the Air. Jupiter is ruler of Fire. Funny that in mainstream astrology Leo happens to be Fire sign. In my list Leo is associated with July is supposed to be short for the name Julius, which in turn derived from Jovilius (dedicated to Jove) which is related to Jove (Jupiter). So from that point of view it would also be Fire element.

Sticking Ophiuchus infront of Aquarius pushes Aquarius into firmly being Air element. And Saturn is firmly established as Air element. Saturn is also known as Satan. Also known as Horus (the word "hour" as measurement of time is dedicated to that; the study of horology is known as the study of time.) Saturn is also known as Chronos - the god of time. (chronology). The skies as measurement of time is firmly domain of air. You look out your window and whats the farthest thing you can see (on land), it is called the Horizon.

If Leo ends on 23rd August, how could have you possibly assigned Virgo to August?

The logic is that in mainstream astrology, Virgo is listed at 6th sign as it starts with Aries. So I associate it with 6th month (August). August was the 6th month before they revised the order and put January and February in front. September is literally derived from the latin numeral Septem (7) and August comes before September.

Since there are 13 months and 13 signs, all the dates need to be recalculated, but I don't have the time to do that. What we know for sure is that the old calendar started in spring... but not sure where precisely. Everything depends on where you start counting.

The placement of Ophiuchus between Scorpio and Sagittarius is based on the order they are seen as constellations in the sky.

If all of this is woo-woo nonsense... Why is NASA of all institutions trying to debunk the concept of 13 or 14 zodiac signs? Its not their area of expertise. They are supposed to deal with Astronomy not Astrology.

They trying to cover up the snake sign. While their own logo got association with snakes too. The forked snake tongue on their logo lol.

Actually "Chinese" Zodiac is used throughout many parts of Asia and not just China; that's why most call it Lunar Zodiacs or Lunar New Year. And hello fellow Leos, we're supposed to be one of the rarest zodiacs according to overall populations.
