Since the crust is pizza-related my answer is "none". Pizza is overrated and if I have to eat pizza I never eat the crust. Normally I'll just pull the toppings off and eat that.

Any style can have good crust if it's done right.

We have good NY and Neapolitan style here but not Chicago deep dish (maybe we will get some later). We had a good new haven style for while. I hear we have good Detroit style but I haven't tried it yet. I do not like cornmeal deep dish crust (looking at you, Pi).

We have a great place here that does alternative pizzas (Big Mac inspired, Mexican, Italian sub inspired, Caesar, Reuben, etc) and they have a great crust...but it's it's own style.
