they have tester, in some small patches they only make a way to prevent players get that bug like build an invisible wall cover that lag point, some bugs are unfixable tho

they code better than they coded previously
which makes you wonder why didn't code the best the first time if they could do it.

Because with computers, at the end of the day, it is all pretty much just a very long series of math equations and logic gates (though that can be somewhat hidden by the tools being used in development - i.e. a program that, for example, is used for character modeling is actually just writing the necessary math/logic that is behind those designs/displays when they appear on your monitor and as they respond to your inputs as you play the game).

Now imagine looking at a seemingly endless number of pages of mathematical formulas and logic states written by multiple people using multiple different programs to write these (not to mention any parts of the coding written by hand) and picking out what isn't quite what it needs to be for the game to function as intended.

People themselves are going to make mistakes and the programs used to write the mathematics might also encounter unforeseen conflicts with each-other's mathematics. Understandably you can have bugs that can be an 'oops my bad' or a 'hey why isn't that working how I coded it to work' situation (and this is before, with pc gaming, you get into the issues that can be caused by the numerous different pieces of hardware/software that the consumer is utilizing).

It's all game specific. They're given reports by players or specific testers on what the glitch is, and try to solve it. Glitches could range from an out-of-map spot to entire engine-based issues. It really depends on what is happening.
Code and magic.

that's the neat part, they don't fix the bugs

They have a secret character with a repair gun. The character moves to the glitch area and spray smoke to fix it.

You say the usual method of "Shut up and take my money" is not good enough?
